1. Does this bot work on Nike?

No, currently this bot only works on Shopify, Footsites, Supreme, Demandware, Zalando, & retail sites including BestBuy, Amazon & Target.

But a lot of their stock drop daily on our supported sites, therefore you will always have a chance to cop the heat!

2. How do I set up tasks?

For release instructions, always read our channels under "RELEASE GUIDES" category.

3. What is the shared monitor feature & how do I use it?

  • The in-bot monitor is directly connected to the #monitor channel on our Discord, & items that drop there should appear on your in-bot monitor as well.

  • Whenever sites are added or removed to the shared monitor, the full list of currently monitoring sites will be announced on the #monitor channel.

  • The monitor does not wait for restocks on an item that had already dropped. However, for some restocks, the shop drops a new item with the new stock, & in that case the monitor WILL capture it.

  • There is a green light at the bottom of your monitor window, it means that it is connected & working. If it turns red, it means it is not working.

  • Currently the monitor does not work on DSM, YeezySupply, or Footsites & only monitors the sites announced in the #monitor channel of our discord.

  • For scheduled date/time drops, it is better not to rely on the monitor & instead follow our instructions under the "RELEASE GUIDES" category on our discord. THE SHARED MONITOR IS ONLY BEST USED FOR SUDDEN DROPS.

  • Keywords field is mandatory when hooking a task to the monitor. Keywords is the connection & the task will only start if the dropped item has the keywords & is from the same site.

4. I downloaded the bot on a server, then destroyed the server, what should I DO?

DM !reset to @NSB bot

The bot will automatically detect the latest active license key that is linked to your discord & reset it right away.

If more than 1 active keys are linked to same discord, you will have to specify which key to reset: !reset yourlicensekeyhere.

5. How do I format keywords?

Just spaces, plain & simple. The item's title should contain all the words you have set in your keywords to get picked up. Here are some notes:

  • Keep in mind that commas mean OR so when you separate 2 words with a comma (for e.g. jordan, 1) it means you are searching for a product with the kw jordan or 1, not both

  • You should not use +

  • For e.g. +jordan, +1, +high, +navy, -ps, -td, -gs, -kids should be jordan 1 high navy -ps -td -gs -kids

  • Be as specific as possible to avoid picking up the wrong product

  • You can always use a false profile to test your kws if you're unsure

  • Please check our keywords guide for more details:

6. What is the multi window captcha solver & how do I use it?

Simply, it allows you to have multiple captcha windows & login to a different google account on each captcha window. It's recommended to have 3 to 5 captcha solvers with different accounts & different proxies.

  • You can have up to 2 solvers with no proxy.

  • Make sure to clean DEAD proxies from your solvers before every release!

  • Make sure to have good Gmail accounts so that your tasks can perform well. You can use harvesting tools to harvest them (e.g. AYCD) or purchase old accounts from Gmail providers.

  • Personal Gmails or .edu Gmails also perform really good.

7. What's the difference between "Monitor Timeout" & "Restock Timeout"?

Monitor Timeout: Is how many milliseconds to wait between each request when monitoring the site for an item.

Restock Timeout: Is how many milliseconds to wait between each request when monitoring the product page for restocks.

The less the timeout, the more frequent it will send requests, the more likely your IP / proxy will get banned, however, the better chance you will find the item / restock more quickly.

The more the timeout, the less frequent it will send requests, the less likely your IP / proxy will get banned, but you might take a longer time to detect the item / restock.

The settings depend on how many proxies you have, if you don't have that many, it is recommended to keep them empty (defaults: 3500ms each).

8. What is the present payment gateway?

Preset Payment Gateway is used for sites that require third-party card or payment processors. You usually only need to use it for Shopify sites when specified within release guides.

In order to get your payment gateway, make sure to follow these steps:

  1. Cart an item on the site

  2. Get to the last stage of checkout

  3. Right click+CTRL+U to View Page Source

  4. Click Ctrl+F and type in: "gateway"

  5. Then find the correct gateway number for the associated payment method as shown:

9. I scheduled a task, but it doesn't show a countdown & it is stuck at idle, why?

You most probably scheduled a task for the next day (after 12am). That task will start counting down at the beginning of the next day (12am). It is also worth to note that currently scheduled tasks will only work if you set your PCs clock to 12 hour format.

10. Can I quick task from other groups' monitors?

Yes, you can do that by integrating that group’s monitor into the NSB bot under MONITORS tab. Then you’ll be able to use it within the bot and link tasks to it as well.

Check out Integrating Monitors for more info.

11. What are blue tasks & what is the difference between blue tasks & yellow tasks?

Blue tasks are idle tasks waiting for an event to trigger & start. They can be either scheduled tasks or tasks hooked by keywords to the in-bot monitor. They do not use up your proxies as long as they are blue.

Yellow tasks are normal started tasks that use up your proxies.

Check out Blue Tasks for more info.

12. I'm activating the bot but I'm getting an error saying max activations exceeded, is that it for me?

No not at all, there's definitely still a chance for you to regain access to the bot! All you have to do is reset your key & you'll get a fresh new activation token. Refer to N4 for instructions on how to do so!

13. I deleted / edited / added a captcha window!

Please make sure to restart the bot every time you delete or add captcha solvers to get everything back in sync! Make sure you follow this tip!

14. My captcha window is BLANK!

There's two possible reasons, the first & the most common is that you forgot a dead proxy on your captcha window. Make sure to remove it or to replace it with a fresh working proxy!

The other possible solution is that you updated recently but haven't selected a mode on your captcha window. In the CAPTCHA, click edit on your captcha window & on the second dropdown select a type. If a captcha window hangs, try clicking on it then hitting CNTRL + R on your keyboard to refresh it!

15. I can't delete a proxy list or a billing profile!

There's two reasons why the bot might not allow you to delete a proxy list or a billing profile, either because it is being used by a task or because it is set as a favorite for quick tasks.

In NSB there is something called a quick task from clipboard, you can do that by going to the TASKS tab then clicking CNTRL+Q on your keyboard. However, the settings there are called "Favorites" because we save them for you & in the future we plan to use them not only for quick tasks from clipboard, but also for quick tasks from outside NSB when we implement that feature.

So basically, to delete that particular billing profile or proxy list, go to the TASKS tab, click CNTRL+Q, & change your favorite billing profile or proxy list to something else. Then try to delete it again & it should work perfectly!

16. My bot is not updating!

We have recently changed our publish method for our updates as part of our scaling process & have added additional backup links for updates to ensure smoother & faster updates to all our users!

We also added a notification to the PROFILE tab that will notify you in case the bot is not on the latest version.

If you are on an outdated version, yet when you click "Check for updates" in the PROFILE tab you get that there is no update required, please make sure to download the latest version directly from #backup-links channel. If at anytime there was an update announcement & the bot did not auto update, make sure to download manually from one of the links there & you should be good to go!

17. What proxies should I buy?

Proxy Types

There are two different types of proxies. Residential (RESI) and Data center (DC). It is recommended for Shopify to use Data center proxies since they are usually quicker and do not get banned as easily. Residential proxies are mainly for Supreme and Footsites where speed doesn't matter a lot.

Check out #proxy-steals and #groupbuy discord channels for some of our proxy partners.

Location

Ideally, you would want to have your proxies closest to the location of where your bot is if on a server or if running locally you would want proxies closest to Shopify Servers (New York or Chicago). Meaning if its on a server in Virginia you would want proxies from Virginia, or if you are just running from your computer in Texas ideally you would want proxies that are based in New York or Chicago.

Typically proxies come in locations in New York, Virginia, and Chicago. We have a lot of trusted proxy providers in #proxy-steals channel so be sure to check them out!

18. Should I use a server?

Ideally YES you should be using a server when going for "Hyped" drops. Internet speeds are a lot faster, you are able to pick a location close to your proxies, and usually you can make server specs a lot better than your PC at home resulting in tasks processing faster.

For guides to properly set up a server I find YouTube most helpful. With videos you can get a visual of what you're looking at and pause when you need to catch up. It seems complicated at first but after doing it a couple times it's really not bad.

19. What are delays?

There are two different type of delays that NSB uses (Restock and Monitor). Monitor delay is the delay the bot is using when something is not in stock and it's checking the website. Restock delay is when the item is on the website but it's waiting for stock (either sold out or no stock has loaded yet).

The lower the delays the more frequently the bot is going to check if the item has either came back in stock (restock) or check the website to see if the keywords match or the link has been loaded (monitor).

Here's a calculator to help you determine what delays you should be running:

20. What is PayPal pre-login feature, & how do I use it?

PayPal Pre-login is especially used for some Shopify sites that require PayPal.

To use it: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1S4R8CPztAnMSRMjjF9YpMydVgUhQtYiP

Once logged in, NSB will automatically open up a browser with your PayPal account logged in for you to complete payment on whenever a task requests PayPal checkout. You only have to click PAY.

For now, if you log in to multiple PayPals on multiple solvers, only the first will be used.

If you restart the bot, you will need to log in to PayPal again.

To make your PayPal log in last longer, make sure to read / activate: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/one-touch-checkout/faq

21. I'm getting WARNING: CAPTCHA SOLVER FAILED TO LOAD! in my Shopify Cyborg3.0 logs!

It's your proxies. When you use Cyborg3.0 mode, the CAPTCHA solver will use the task's proxy. If that proxy has errors connecting to google's CAPTCHA service, this will happen. To validate, take the proxy that was used in the task (it is shown in the logs) & stick it into a CAPTCHA solver directly then click test. You will see that the CAPTCHA will NOT load. But when you remove the proxy it will load properly. Please change your proxies or ask your provider to allow connections to Google & CAPTCHA services.

22. What is the difference between the checkout limit options?

Checkout only once: The bot will checkout just once using this profile.

Checkout once per site: The bot will checkout only one time using this profile on a certain site (so for example if you are using same billing profile on 2 sites, it will checkout only once on each site the billing is being used on).

Checkout once per item per site: The bot will checkout only once using this profile on a certain site and item (so for example if you are using same billing profile for multiple tasks on Supreme, if you checked out a bogo, it won't use this card again on a bogo, but it will still use it for other items on the same site).
